Hawaiian Princess at Makaha goes Smoke Free

During the regular Board of Directors meeting conducted this past March and in keeping in harmony with the Master Association (AOAO), who during their recent Board meetings have designated the Hawaiian Princess a smoke free facility, the Hawaiian Princes at Makaha Timeshare Owners Association Board of Directors have established a policy of Smoke Free timeshare units. This policy is in effect immediately and incorporates the lanais as well as all interior living spaces.

The Master Association (AOAO) as designated a certain smoking area outside the immediate building near the tennis courts for those persons who need to smoke. Should the housekeeping staff determine evidence of owners/guests smoking in the units or on the lanais, a service fee to sanitize and deodorize the unit will be assessed to the individual owner/guest.

In addition to the new policy above, the Board of Directors for the Hawaiian Princes Timeshare Owners Association has established a ‘No Pet' policy. Owners/guests are prohibited from having any pets within any of the timeshare units. Should the housekeeping staff determine evidence of owners/guests having allowed pets in the units or on the lanais, a service fee to sanitize and deodorize the unit will be assessed to the individual owner/ guest.

Through the adoption of these two new policies the Board of Directors continues to work towards providing all owners and guests an enjoyable and comfortable timeshare unit during their visit in paradise.
